Last week EnaTech Hub had the privilege to be hosted by the wonderful team at CPAS at their annual Assistive Technology Carnival. The event is held to raise awareness of available assistive technology and CPAS put on a truly inspiring event.
Over 400 people braved the heavy rain to soak up the atmosphere which was attended by CPAS students, caregivers and therapists from the school and all over Singapore.
At our booth, we had on display a number of sensory products including adapted devices and switches, balls, chewies, orthopaedic footwear and elbow braces. We also had a variety of equipment, wheelchairs, activity chairs, gait trainers, bath chairs and standing solutions as well as a sensory board which proved to be a hit with the crowd, we ended up donating it to CPAS and we hope to see it still getting good use when we are back there to run a workshop with the OT team next month.
It was a truly inspiring event and great to hear some wonderful stories from caregivers and the amazing work they are doing to help improve the lives of those living with special needs.
Thank you once again to the CPAS team for allowing us to have a booth at this year's AT Carnival.
