MyGo Seating System Features and Benefits
The placement of both the pelvic harness and Pelvic Cradle attachments is strategically designed for optimal support, maintaining proper anatomical positioning with the help of four secure attachment points.
For correcting or accommodating pelvic tilt, flexible sacral support is the way to go.
Hip guides offer lateral support and midline positioning, and can be adjusted to suit asymmetries.
The back angle adjusts to the anatomically correct position, ensuring that lateral supports remain optimally placed even when the seat back is reclined.
The flexible scoliosis can be managed with the use of lateral supports in conjunction with the pelvic harness, facilitating 3-point positioning.
The level of trunk support required determines whether a chest pad or a harness can be fitted to Mygo. This ensures maximal adaptability and customisation to meet the user's specific needs with ease.
The split seat base accommodates windsweeping postures with ease. By offsetting the hip guides, it can also adapt to more extreme positions, achieving an impressive range of up to 13° abduction and 10° adduction.
The leg guides are adjustable to accommodate differences in leg length, including those resulting from a fixed pelvic rotation.
Positioning the foot supports behind the knees can help alleviate strain from tight hamstrings, promoting stability in the pelvic area.
