Free delivery within Singapore for orders over $100.
All orders within Singapore (excluding Tuas and Sentosa) are delivered for free.
If items are in stock in Singapore, you can expect to get it within 3-5 working days. If items have to be customised or shipped directly from the factory allow additional 4-5 weeks to receive your item.
Please contact us directly for urgent shipments and we can look air freight. Do note that this will be at the expense of the Customer.
When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Shipping from the factory
Please note that some equipment is shipped directly from the factory or made-to-measure in order to meet the specific needs of the user - those items are usually shipped out within 6-8 weeks.
For international or oversized parcel orders, the order is not finalised until we receive approval on the shipping rate. Lead time begins once we receive approval on the shipping rate allowing time for change or cancellations.
Exceptions - Rifton Items only for Malaysia and Indonesia
EnaTech Hub is not authorised to sell Rifton products in Singapore but can be shipped to any other country in South East Asia so please contact us if you are in doubt. Malaysia and Indonesia customers must email their purchase orders, so we can get you a shipping quotation based on weight.
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt. If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged
International Delivery - DHL
We deliver to almost any destination in South East Asia.
The shipping charges for overseas destinations including any taxes and duties imposed by your own government must be paid by you, the international customer (consignee). Not all products can be shipped internationally, and shipments to certain countries may not be available.
For our International Customers, once you have placed your order online we will email you the amount of the international shipping costs for your approval prior to charging your credit card. Please monitor your email and reply as soon as possible so your order is not delayed. Your order will not be processed until you authorise the shipping charges.
For some International Orders, we may require that Bank Wire Transfers or International Money Orders replace credit card transactions. We regret placing this restriction, but it may be necessary to limit credit card fraud. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that look fraudulent or suspicious in nature.
