How do I get free shipping?

Any order within Singapore delivery address (excluding Tuas and Sentosa) qualifies for free shipping. Please see our Shipping Page for other options. 

Is my item in stock?

Most products offered on EnaTechHub.com are in stock and ready to ship. Our orders ship directly from the manufacturer (which are located in Europe, USA, Australia). Please contact us to check the stock status at the manufacturer if you have any hesitation prior to completing your order on the web store. We have limited demo stock available in Singapore but due to the nature of the products (most require customised set of attachments, colours, sizing) we don’t have everything stored in the warehouse.

What if I order the wrong size?

We want the equipment to work for your child. We offer a 7-day return policy on most of our items. Many sizing errors can be prevented by following our sizing instructions and speaking with one of our staff members. Toilet and Bath items cannot be returned.

Can EnaTechHub bill my insurance?

EnaTechHub.com cannot bill your insurance directly, but we can assist you in collecting documentation your insurance or SgEnable may require. Please email us at rocking@enatechhub.com for consultation.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy. We offer 7 free returns. Some products such as bath and toileting products cannot be returned, the same goes for most customised equipment.  Please see our Return Policy page for complete details and instructions.

Where are you located?

EnaTechHub.com is operated from Singapore.  All customer information, site management, and billing services are handled in Singapore. When you place your order with EnaTechHub.com, our staff will review it, process the payment, then arrange to ship directly from the manufacturer to your door. 

What if I need a spare part?

Many parts and accessories are available but are not listed individually on EnaTechHub.com. Please contact us with the EnaTechHub.com order number, the serial number from the item, the model and size of the item, and description of the part needed. Pictures also help. We will send you a quote for the item with a link to make the purchase.  

Why can’t I find a certain piece of equipment on your site?

While we pride ourselves on the products that we carry on EnaTechHub.com, we don’t offer everything. If there is something we don’t have, please let us know. There are a few manufacturers who we have expressly decided not to carry.  We can explore putting it on our site, or if it is outside the scope of our store, we can help point you in the right direction. Something broke. Is it under Warranty?

Please contact us with the serial number and EnaTechHub.com order number. Each manufacturer has a different warranty period and policy.  Please visit our Return Policy page for complete instructions.  

Do I have to order online?

No. Simply get in touch with us via email or phone and we can discuss what works for you. We can process all forms of payment via credit cards, bank transfers, phone, paypal, paylah, paynow or mail.

Can I get a quote for a product?

Sure! Many people simply configure products online, then print the shopping cart page without completing a purchase. If you require something more formal, please get in touch with us and we will provide a formal quote. 

Will my product arrive fully assembled?

For customers in Singapore, we try to help and assemble all the equipment (upon request). If assembly is not one of your skills, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Additionally, we will be happy to work with your therapist to help with fitting and if you don’t have a therapist to help, we will do it for you.

Talk to your child’s therapists as well. There are many PTs and OTs who may be willing to assist with the light assembly and fitting of the product. Contact Us for further details.
