      Pelvic Stability

Pelvic stability is as important in standing as in sitting, because the trunk, head, and legs have to be in alignment in order for standing to be comfortable and therapeutically effective.

        • The pelvis is held in a secure and stable position by the fully adjustable pelvic pad and belt.

        • The pelvic pad and belt work together to de-rotate the pelvis, giving the best base of support over which to stabilise the trunk and head.

      • The pelvic pad and belt work together to keep the pelvis in a midline position relative to left and right, to ensure weight is distributed as evenly as possible.
